We specialize in bespoke, minimalist celebrations and provide a curated rental collection of elevated event items, including artisanal tables, bespoke chairs, charger plates, and napkin rings.
• How do I secure my event date?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated contract value is required at the time of booking to secure your requested inventory and event date. The remaining 50% balance is due in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
• What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the total contract value to account for the exclusivity of the reserved inventory.
• Are the rental items available for purchase?
All items, including our artisanal tables, bespoke chairs, charger plates, and napkin rings, remain the exclusive property of Sanhan Soirée and are provided solely for the duration and purpose of the contracted event.
• What are the liability and safety responsibilities?
Sanhan Soirée is dedicated to flawless execution; however, we are not liable for any injury or property damage occurring at the venue. The client maintains sole responsibility for guest conduct and venue safety. The client shall indemnify, save and hold harmless Sanhan Soirée from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, claims, suits, demands, judgments, and causes of action of any nature arising from or as a result of the client’s rental and use of Sanhan Soirée items.
• What laws govern these agreements?
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including, but not limited to, the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ottawa, Ontario.

Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking services or renting items from Sanhan Soirée. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking services or renting items from Sanhan Soirée, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the client and Sanhan Soirée.
2. Service Scope & Rental Policy
All rental items, including artisanal tables, bespoke chairs, charger plates, and napkin rings, remain the exclusive property of Sanhan Soirée. Items are provided solely for the duration of the contracted event and must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
3. Financial Terms
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total contract value is required to secure the event date and reserved inventory.
Balance
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the total contract value.
4. Liability & Indemnification
Sanhan Soirée is committed to flawless service. However, Sanhan Soirée is not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss occurring at the event venue. The client assumes full responsibility for guest conduct and venue safety. The client agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless Sanhan Soirée from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of rented items.
5. Force Majeure
Sanhan Soirée shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or public health emergencies.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ottawa, Ontario.
