PART I – PRIVACY POLICY
At Sanhan Soirée, where distinction meets singular moments, your privacy is treated with the same discretion and elegance as our bespoke celebrations.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to curate your experience, including:
Identification Information: Name, contact details, and event location.
Event Specifications: Curated preferences including artisanal tables, bespoke chairs, and charger plates to ensure your vision is realized with absolute precision.
Transactional Data: Records pertaining to your booking and service fulfillment. These include your e-mail address, phone number, billing address, and the date, time, and location of your event. Transactional data also includes payment information used while placing an order.
2. Commitment to Confidentiality
Your information is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties. We use your data exclusively to manage logistics, ensuring the seamless delivery and aesthetic execution of your event. Only Sanhan Soirée employees and team members will have access to your personal information.
3. Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to access, update, or correct the Personal Information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Where permitted by law, you may also request the deletion of your Personal Information or withdraw your consent to its collection, use, or disclosure, subject to applicable legal requirements.
PART II – TERMS & CONDITIONS: RENTAL SERVICES
By engaging Sanhan Soirée, you agree to the following terms governing the rental of our curated collection (tables, chairs, and charger plates).
1. The Collection
Sanhan Soirée provides elevated event furnishings. All items, including tables, chairs, and charger plates, remain the exclusive property of Sanhan Soirée and are provided solely for the duration and purpose of the contracted event.
Sanhan Soirée’s obligations and services are limited to those expressly outlined in the applicable Agreement, order form, invoice, or scope of work document agreed upon with the client.
2. Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated contract value is required at the time of booking to secure your requested inventory and event date.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the total contract value to account for the exclusivity of the reserved inventory.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Please direct all billing inquiries to bonjour@sanhansoiree.com.
Late Payments: Invoices not settled by the due date may result in the forfeiture of your reservation and the release of your selected inventory to other clients.
3. Care & Responsibilities
Our pieces are selected for their beauty and craftsmanship. We trust our clients to uphold the integrity of our collection:
Maintenance: Items must be handled with care. The client assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft occurring between delivery and pickup.
Return Condition: All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned in a clean condition and free of any debris or residue.
Damage & Replacement: In the event of damage, loss, or failure to return items in a clean condition, the client agrees to pay the full replacement cost and/or the fees, charges, and expenses associated with the cleaning/repair of our item(s).
An invoice for such costs will be issued following the event and is due upon receipt.
Usage: Rental items are not to be altered or modified. The client agrees to use and handle all items with reasonable care and caution and shall refrain from using the item(s) for purposes beyond their intended use.
4. Reservations & Logistics
Finalization: Final selection and logistical details must be confirmed no later than 30 days before the event.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the total contract value to account for the exclusivity of the reserved inventory.
5. Liability & Force Majeure
Sanhan Soirée is dedicated to flawless execution; however, we are not liable for any injury or property damage occurring at the venue. The client maintains sole responsibility for guest conduct and venue safety.
Furthermore, Sanhan Soirée shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, or government restrictions (Force Majeure).
The client shall indemnify, save and hold harmless Sanhan Soirée from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, claims, suits, demands, judgments, and causes of action of any nature arising from or as a result of the client’s rental and use of Sanhan Soirée items.
6. Legal Compliance & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including, but not limited to, the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ottawa, Ontario.
